Insurance Sales Agent

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients protect their assets and loved ones through our wide array of insurance options. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service.

This position also offers a clear path to career advancement, including the opportunity to progress into agency ownership. As you grow within the organization, you'll have the chance to take on more responsibilities and work towards owning your very own Farmers agency, allowing you to build a successful business and make a lasting impact on your clients' lives. Salary is $40,000 -$50,000, we don't offer low bases for salary.

• Identify and Prospect New Clients: Actively seek out and approach potential customers through provided leads.
• Sell Insurance Products: Educate clients on various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, health, and business insurance, and recommend products that meet their specific needs.
• Conduct Needs Analysis: Assess clients' coverage needs and financial situations to determine the most appropriate insurance products for their individual needs.
• Prepare and Present Insurance Quotes: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients and explain the policy details, coverage limits, and pricing in a clear manner.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Licensing
