Marathon Health is seeking a part-time (24 hrs / wk) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families of our customers at their employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Charlotte, NC.
You’ll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.
Role highlights include :
- 24 hour per week position no on-call or weekends required!
- Schedule : Hours : M / W / F 7am-4pm
- Clinic Location : 8700 Pineville Matthews Rd., Charlotte, NC 28226

Responsibilities
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.
In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center’s staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care / family practice setting
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
