Job descriptionWeekends : 7 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m. Opportunities available to pick up additional shifts if desired Case Mix : Approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient Dedicated mammography coverage available Read within your comfort zone and subspecialty interests Average 35,000 reads per year Guaranteed salary : $700,000 401(k) contribution : $58,000 annual employer match Path to partnership : As soon as 6 months Established partners earn approximately $1.4 million annually 80% of partners earn near $1 million per year Stable group with a 50-year hospital partnership Radiologists hold leadership roles, including seats on the hospital credentialing board , ensuring a smooth onboarding process Collaborative, physician-led practice environment Flexible, fair, and transparent partnership model

About the Opportunity
We are a long-established private radiology practice that has partnered with our community hospital for over 50 years. Our team is comprised of 15 partners and 3 employees who provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collegial, supportive environment.
Position Highlights
- Schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off (non-negotiable)
Weekdays : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
Low-acuity workload in a Level 3 Trauma Center
