This is an Event Planner position. We will only consider applications that meet the listed qualifications.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private dining events and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized event experiences.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee event logistics including staffing, décor, and catering setup.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, service teams, and clients.
• Ensure every event meets AWG Private Chefs’ standards of excellence.
