Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant located in Lakewood, WA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery and function. The role involves working closely with patients to achieve rehabilitation goals, offering home care advice and support, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction. The therapist will also document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Knowledge of Medicine related to physical therapy practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist / Assistant
