We are adding the third member to our New Business Development team to support the Southern California growth plans providing services for Intellectually Disabled individuals. Starting services in the Southern California area. This is office based requiring frequent travel and overnight stay depending on location.

Who You Are :

Job Description :

Establishing new locations that may require long or overnight stays. Assist training manager and direct care staff to provide top level customer service attention. This position will create and maintain top level relations with the Regional Center staff, company employees, be the first point of contact with clients and their family. Partnering with the recruiter to facilitate orientations and new hire onboarding. This position can be located in any of our Southern California office locations.
