About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Global Demand Generation to lead its marketing team. This pivotal role demands a professional with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, particularly in the areas of analytical, operational, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and developing a global marketing team, setting and achieving pipeline targets, and overseeing a range of digital demand generation channels. A key aspect of the role is the design and execution of field marketing strategies, global events, and the development of outbound and account-based marketing strategies. The VP will also be instrumental in promoting a culture of experimentation and optimization to enhance the performance of marketing channels. Applicants for the VP of Global Demand Generation position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership, particularly within enterprise-scale or technology-driven organizations. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience being a plus. The role calls for a leader with a proven track record in scaling global teams, a deep understanding of go-to-market dynamics, and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis skills.
