Financial Educator

A company is looking for a Financial Educator Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage, and financial options

Perform benefit verification and prior authorization tasks

Provide ongoing financial education and maintain patient accounts

Required Qualifications

2 to 4 years of medical business office experience with knowledge of healthcare billing and collections

Experience reading and understanding payer remittance advice

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in an OB / GYN office is a plus

Proficient with Microsoft programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
