Whirks of Memphis, TN is looking to hire a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist to join our amazing team that specializes in cutting-edge SaaS-based Human Capital Management, coupled with highly personalized support! Our clients utilize our powerful cloud-based HCM platform to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding, performance management to maintaining talent using labor analytics. The Payroll Specialist will oversee client accounts, input payroll data, cut payroll checks, generate payroll reports, and be the key point person for our clients' payroll and software related questions to improve their back-office processes and help them get ONE STEP BETTER everyday.

As a part of our team, your aptitude for figures, software resolution and your problem-solving skills will help us deliver outstanding service to our small business clientele regarding their people complexities. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU :

Depending on experience, you will receive an attractive hourly rate of $20.00-$25.00 plus potential quarterly bonuses . WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US

We service our clients from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. every business day. This full-time position will report daily to our Memphis, TN office. We take the guesswork out of payroll tasks, strive to care for the full life cycle of our clients employees and we have a darn good time doing it! We are a business casual office environment. (Yes, you can wear jeans. No, you can't wear a tie.) There are frequent company outings and team lunches where we celebrate birthdays, milestones, and accomplishments.
