As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families during one of the most important times in their lives. This is a 10-bed unit where patient ratios vary based on the stage of labor, ranging from 1 : 1 to 1 : 4. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in labor and delivery. Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Float to like acuities or less when needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse licensure. Certification in CPI is required. Proficiency in Meditech is necessary.
