Federal Housing Projects Senior Manager Qualifications :
- 10+ years in project / program management for federal programs (FEMA / HUD)
- Experience with Transportable Temporary and Manufactured Housing
- PE, OSHA, and solid knowledge of building codes required
- Experience with IDIQ contracts, FAR, change management principles
- Ability to meet current and / or future terms of eligibility that may require US Citizenship
- Ability to acquire standard government pass and / or access requirements for Federal installations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction management, or related technical field
Federal Housing Projects Senior Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee all project phases from design to disposal, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and quality standards
- Conduct inspections, analyze risks, and implement quality assurance measures to ensure FEMA, UFAS, NFPA, and HUD compliance
- Utilize industry knowledge to assess designs and processes and offer expert technical support
- Propose improvements to enhance project quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency
- Ensure TTHUs meet FEMA standards, provide FEMA-specific training, and work closely with regulatory agencies
- Contribute to business development, establish key performance indicators, and leverage strategic partnerships
- Travel between Ashburn, VA and Washington, DC locations (approx. 25%)
