Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview scheduling (virtual and onsite) for candidates and internal teams
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Facilitate communication and logistics between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview experience
- Prepare interview materials, reports, and documentation for interviewers and consensus meetings
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and communication with candidates, recruiters, and travel partners
- Maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, interviewers, and administrative staff to support hiring goals
- Promote our brand to candidates throughout the interview process
- Support ad hoc recruiting and administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 1 year of customer service experienceProficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)Preferred Qualifications :
