Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in delivery logistics (parcel, LTL, etc.), supply chain operations, and / or vendor relationship management
  • Project management and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience synthesizing large, multifaceted datasets to identify commercial opportunities and service improvement areas
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (eg. Tableau) is preferred
  • Experience with integrated transportation management and ERP systems is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Basic FAP (Freight Audit and Pay) knowledge
