Remote Loan Officer - Florida

Location : Remote (must reside in Florida)

Compensation :

• Ramp-up period : $3,500 / month (W2, first 3 months)
• Commission : 100% of pricing engine comp minus $995 flat fee per closed loan
• Example : On a $500K loan at 6.5%, LO earns approx. $8,433 net commission

About the Role :

Our client, a direct lender licensed in FL, MD, VA, and GA, is hiring a Remote Loan Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone based in Florida who brings in 1-2 of their own closings per month and would benefit from strong operational support and consistent, high-quality leads.

The company is headquartered in the Tampa Bay area but this position is fully remote. You'll have access to an LOS, CRM, pricing engine, and company-provided hardware if needed.
