What You'll Get:

• Control over your schedule with generous paid time off.
• $70,000 to $90,000 includes commission and bonuses.
• Annual performance review with potential for base pay increase.
• 6-month direct track to Sales Manager (if desired).
• Provided design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.
• Speak to the owner at any time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.

What You Have:

• Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
