Job Title : ATM Monitoring Engineer

Location : Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Onsite 3x a Week)

Job Type : Contract W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IT engineering or ATM systems monitoring
• Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tivoli
• Exposure to Mainframe or HP Nonstop / Tandem systems
• Understanding of payment processing and multi-data centre environments
• Familiarity with change management and incident management processes (Bank of America or similar)
• Experience working in Agile teams and using JIRA
