A company is looking for a Remote Fraud Specialist for their call center.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate potential credit card fraud cases and analyze account history
Respond to account inquiries and assist with lost / stolen reports and credit card replacements
Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent activity through training and research
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months call center experience within the last 18 months
Must be on camera during training and as required by the supervisor
Must have a wired internet connection; no wireless connections allowed
Flexible to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
