Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 Sign Language Interpreter position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing essential communication support for students in Elida, NM. This contract role runs from August 4, 2025, to June 6, 2026, with a commitment of 35 hours per week across five days.

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum 4.0 EIPA score including the written portion and RID certification, or
• Valid New Mexico Educator certification specific to K-12 interpreting
