Job descriptionDegree in a related health field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in health promotions services, supporting business clients Strong understanding of health behavior change theory Excellent communication and leadership skills (verbal and written) Candidates must be based in Georgia and be able to travel across the state for client events Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or other health-related professional certification Strong program planning and marketing skills Ability to connect program aspects with client culture for desired outcomes Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Engage in meaningful work that promotes well-being and positive behavior change Collaborate with diverse teams and clients to optimize health programs Supportive and dynamic work environment with a focus on individual health Travel opportunities across Georgia for client events

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive education, participation, and sustained engagement in well-being improvement programs
- Develop monthly / quarterly challenges in collaboration with the Account Manager and client teams
- Partner with client Plan Administrators and wellness champions to enhance program effectiveness
- Provide ongoing communication, education, and training regarding wellness initiatives
- Collect and report program data to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements
