HR Product Operations Analyst
Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Product Operations Analyst (Senior Business Execution Consultant) who will play a critical role in advancing the operational maturity of HR product teams across the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC). This role is responsible for optimizing intake processes, improving the communication of commitments, developing scalable operational frameworks, and elevating product maturity through strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, a passion for operational excellence, and a track record of delivering impactful solutions at scale. This individual will also serve as a hands-on analystexperienced in building dashboards in Jira, structuring complex data sets, and using tools like Power Apps to create interactive and insightful dashboards.
In this role, you will :
- Elevate Visibility & Strategic Storytelling : Craft compelling, outcome-driven narratives that communicate product value to diverse internal audiences, lead initiatives to showcase innovation, and align messaging across products to support enterprise transformation narratives.
- Empower Teams Through Enablement & Process Development : Develop and maintain toolkits, templates, and training materials, facilitate peer-driven knowledge sharing and scalable learning experiences, standardize best practices and operational rhythms, design and implement repeatable processes, enhance intake processes, and establish clear mechanisms for communicating product commitments and timelines.
- Foster Engagement & Advocacy : Design immersive experiences that drive collaboration and internal advocacy, establish and manage communication channels tailored to stakeholder needs, and partner with UX and research teams to integrate user-centric thinking into operational practices.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Through Feedback & Measurement : Implement transparent feedback loops to amplify the user voice, define and track operational health metrics, and use stakeholder insights and KPIs to optimize product marketing effectiveness and delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications :
4+ years in product operations, product management, or business execution roles.Strong experience with HR technology or enterprise product environments.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.Hands-on experience building dashboards in Jira and using Power Apps for dashboard creation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex data sets.Knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, and operational metrics.Job Expectations :

Pay Range : $87,000.00 - $154,000.00
