The Multimedia Communications Manager in the College of Natural Sciences is a 12-month, full-time Administrative Professional position responsible for projects related to communication with external and internal constituents, including prospective students, current students, alumni, donors, faculty, and staff.
The Multimedia Communications Manager manages social media strategic development and social media channels. This position has the ability to ideate and manage proactive communications projects, ability to make decisions regarding a portion of the communications budget, and management of student employees.
This position will report directly to and work under the guidance of the Director of Communications. In collaboration with the college and departments, this position will be responsible for creating and managing content, including writing and editing, graphic design, photography and video.

- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
- 3 years of experience working in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
- Demonstrated experience translating technical subjects for a general audience, specifically science, technology, or mathematics topics.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
