Job descriptionShadow our current embroidery lead and assist with daily tasks Help load garments onto machines and prep them for embroidery Trim threads, inspect garments for quality, and assist with packing Organize job materials and prep threads based on design specs Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance Assist in other production departments as needed Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and do hands-on work Eagerness to learn embroidery production Previous production or warehouse experience a plus, but not required Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team Health Insurance - QSEHRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) Retirement Plans : 401(k) plan with company match.
