We work closely with high-end collectors, dealers, and international clients, offering white-glove service and expert guidance through every stage of the consignment and auction process. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices in New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, and other cities, Heritage Auctions is the 3rd largest auction house in the world with 50 different Auction categories including, Coins, Sports, Comics, Historical, Jewelry, Fine & Decorative Art, Wine, and many more.

SUMMARY :

This is a combined position with expected contributions close to 50% each main duty. The Consignment Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating, entering, and tagging incoming consignments, communicating the status with clients and coworkers, and overseeing the flow from pre-auction to post-auction for 15-18 Timepieces auctions per year. The Cataloguer role examines, evaluates, and describes timepieces within our database and assists with inquiries. This position provides an excellent opportunity to handle timepieces and experience the dynamic auction industry.

LOCATION : Conveniently located south of Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, at the NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.

COMPENSATION : Commensurate with experience.
