Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for GTM and operational roles, including sales, customer experience, marketing, and operations

Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach strategies

Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, interview processes, and track recruiting metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on GTM and / or operational roles

Expertise in recruiting for sales, customer success, marketing, and operational roles

Experience in fast-paced startup environments with high-volume hiring

Strong sourcing skills across diverse channels and a strategic mindset for advising on market trends
