We’re currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our partner schools in Wilmington, DE (19809) . This is a rewarding opportunity to help students overcome communication challenges, thrive in the classroom, and reach their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs (articulation, expressive / receptive language, pragmatics, etc.).
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .
Provide direct speech / language therapy and support across diverse student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
Support use of Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) tools.
Maintain case notes, service logs, and progress reports in compliance with school and Medicaid documentation requirements.
Participate in transdisciplinary services and provide guidance on feeding / swallowing needs when required.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Delaware.
Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or in the process of completing CFY.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to meet physical requirements : standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance), and supporting student mobility needs.
Additional Requirements
