We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production processes, develop innovative tooling, craft clear work instructions, and ensure the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This role is essential in driving production excellence through engineering expertise and proactive process development.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop, assess, and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
• Design and implement effective tooling and fixtures to maximize production efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions for production processes.
• Support production line operations and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Design, and Operations to foster continuous improvement.
• Assist in the integration and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools.
• Contribute to new product introductions (NPI) and process validation efforts.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Northern Alabama area.

Pay Range : $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
