Job description
A company is looking for a Program Manager with HVAC expertise to lead mechanical design standardization across building programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
Develop detailed plans and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with codes and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering (P.E. preferred)
10+ years of project management experience in complex commercial or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulations
Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360)
Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination
