Job description"Great Experience working in a corporate setting with a very friendly office Team" Provide support to the Senior Accountant assigned to the portfolio real estate assets Prepare monthly workpapers for balance sheet accounts and budget comparison income statements Maintain the general ledger, reconcile bank accounts monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts Gather necessary information and documentation to perform annual audit Prepare financial statements for annual filings with various municipalities 1-3 years of professional experience BA degree required (Accounting, Finance or Business is a plus) Intermediate excel skills Real estate experience Real estate software experience is a plus (MRI, Yardi, etc)
