Senior UX Researcher / Designer

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher / Designer to shape the user experience of a federal health platform.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to uncover insights and translate them into intuitive experience designs

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web / mobile interfaces

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with technical capabilities and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher and Designer in complex environments

Hands-on experience in user research methods and design deliverables

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Bachelor's degree
