Airswift is partnering with a leading manufacturer to expand their Dallas operations. We\'re seeking a Process & Foundry Engineering Supervisor —a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving innovation in foundry processes.

What You'll do :

• Assess current products, processes, and technologies for improvement.
• Implement accurate WIP inventory tracking and staging aligned with product flow.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes using data-driven root cause analysis.
• Recommend product tracking solutions across production and supply chain.
• Design layouts for equipment, workflow, and process optimization.
• Research and develop new technologies, equipment, and cost-saving methods.
• Maintain documentation and prepare technical reports.
• Propose digital transformation strategies for next-gen foundry operations.
