The mission of PLC Programmer is the programming, design and development of software for industrial environments, specifically automated production lines in the automotive sector. Among the most common functions, it is important to detect possible electrical or design problems in the facilities, providing proposals to solve them.

In addition to the technical tasks previously mentioned, he will perform the management functions as soon as he reports the status of the project to his direct superior following the protocols of the company.

OBJECTIVES

The tasks to be developed by a PLC Programmer will be the following :

• Design and development of PLC programming.
• Programming and configuration of data visualization screens (HMI).
• Know and work with the standards of the different clients (VW, Gestamp, FORD ...).
• Start-up of the installations, debugging of programming failures.
• User Manual Development based on the internal specifications of the company.
