ETF Trading Logistics Associate

A company is looking for an ETF Trading Logistics Associate to support key initiatives across the trading organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between Trading Operations and internal partners, including Technology, Legal & Compliance, and Risk

Support the development and maintenance of new fund onboarding workflows and ensure regulatory compliance

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and creating operational dashboards for management review

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in operations, trading support, or project management

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and proactive attitude

Detail-oriented and highly organized
