RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

  • Independently manage all of the serviceactivities with our largest customers and communicate verbally andin writing to develop an authoritative relationship.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all of the servicesand tools that the organization provides for communicationdemonstrating them to our customers and making recommendations toimprove processing efficiency and quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate the assignment andmanagement of customer priorities.
  • Thoroughlyanalyze issues and requests including technical changes toprocessing systems and communicate solutions tocustomers.
  • Creates and maintains a detailedproject log to track system enhancements and accountrelated processimprovement activities.
  • Ensure the successfuldelivery of new solutions according to customer needs andobjectives.
  • Keep superior appropriate internalresources and customers informed of significant issues ontime.
  • Act as a positive representative of thecompany both internally and externally by written principles of theorganization without direction or oversight frommanagement.
  • Share knowledge of duties andclients with fellow employees. Help train and mentor fellowemployees.
  • Other duties asassigned.

SKILLS ANDABILITIES REQUIRED :

  • Strong welldeveloped interpersonal skills to maximizeclient responsiveness and develop a working relationship withcurrent clients as well as the ability to work effectively withother departments of this and the clients organization.
  • A high level of analytical skills to process clientinquiries evaluate client requests and procedures and implementthem as appropriate and understand the clients operational and dataprocessing systems etc.

to meet client needs in a way mutuallybeneficial to both the client and the organization.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detailand multitasking skills with a proven ability to drive projectsforward.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suitefocusing on Excel (pivot tables / VLookups).
  • General SQL knowledge may be required for the TISdivision.
  • A strong ability to communicateeffectively both written and verbal at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • A technical level ofknowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelorsdegree in business administration data processing or related areaor equivalent experience.
  • 2 years ofprogressively complex systems experience in a technical or customerservice environment.
  • 24 years of customerrelations experience in a technical service environment withprogressive responsibilities in managing dedicatedaccounts.
