The State of Michigan – DTMB / eMichigan is seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst 5 to join a small, agile development team focused on building performant, usable, and accessible digital experiences for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in C#, Angular, and .NET Core, along with solid experience in modern version control strategies and collaborative development.
