What you will be doing :
Managing data entry projects to correctly itemize customer needs and projectsProviding detailed information to all customers timely via phone calls and emailsWorking with inventory control platformsAbility to collaborate effectively with warehouse department to ensure accurate orders, inbounds, and outboundsWhat you will need to have :
2+ years of Customer Service ExperienceStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, including empathy3PL and SAP experience / familiarity, strongly preferredWe hope to work with you soon!
