HR Generalist
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's goals by maintaining compliance, improving procedures, and delivering exceptional service to employees and leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer and maintain personnel records and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking, correspondence, and monthly report updates.
- Facilitate new employee orientations and support onboarding processes for employees.
- Aid in the administration and communication of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Handle termination procedures, including documentation, conducting exit interviews, and notifying relevant departments.
- Track and maintain required licenses and certifications for employees as needed.
- Participate in company improvement projects and collaborate with HR team members on cross-training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements :
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred.Minimum of three years of broad HR experience.Proficiency in UKG and Office Suite applications.Familiarity with employee benefit programs and onboarding processes.Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and leadership.
