Trade Compliance Analyst – Contract | Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

📍 Location : Orlando, FL 32822

⏳ Duration : 6-months contract (possibility of extension or conversion)

We’re seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support the implementation of end-to-end import / export and tariff compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone experienced in U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, valuation, and trade programs who enjoys ensuring compliance while optimizing efficiency across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to U.S. Customs Regulations (19CFR), HTS codes, and trade laws.
• Classify and maintain accurate HTS codes and country of origin for imported / exported products.
• Apply U.S. Customs valuation methods and analyze tariff exposure / duty spend.
• Ensure compliance with CBP, ITAR, and EAR regulations.
• Support Customs programs (Duty Drawback, Temporary Import Bonds, etc.).
• Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders for shipping / pre-clearance instructions.
• Integrate trade compliance data into ERP systems (SAP preferred) .
• Assist in internal audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Contribute to SOP and training development for import / export processes.
