Job Type : Full-time, 40 hours / week, including split shifts and weekends

Compensation : $17 / hr + comprehensive monthly bonus structure

About the Role :

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Social Media Monetization Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on optimizing the monetization potential of our clients' social media presence. You will work closely with a dynamic team to enhance marketing efforts, boost sales, and maintain a compelling brand image while engaging Dutch-speaking audiences.

This role requires a fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proactive approach to revenue generation through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities : Monetization Strategies :

Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue generation across various social media platforms.

Identify opportunities for monetization, including sponsored content, affiliate marketing, and merchandise sales.

Optimize content to increase conversions and engagement among Dutch-speaking audiences.

Content Creation & Writing :

Assist in crafting engaging and monetizable content tailored for Dutch-speaking followers.

Write and edit posts, stories, and responses that maintain a consistent brand voice.

Audience Engagement :

Manage and respond to comments, messages, and notifications in Dutch and English.

Foster authentic engagement with fans to build brand loyalty and maximize monetization opportunities.

Sales & Promotional Activities :

Execute social media promotions to increase sales and maximize campaign reach.

Schedule and publish content strategically for peak audience engagement.

Account Management :

Regularly update and manage social media accounts to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Track audience behavior and campaign performance to refine monetization strategies.

Research & Continuous Learning :

Stay up-to-date with trends in social media monetization and best practices.

Conduct market research to tailor strategies for Dutch-speaking audiences.

Skills and Qualifications :

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required.

Proven experience in social media management or monetization.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their revenue potential.

Exceptional writing, communication, and audience engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.

Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on converting interactions into revenue.
