Employment Type : Contract (with opportunity to hire)

Pay : $22 – $35 / hour

What You’ll Do

• Lead fabrication of prototype and production hardware, including electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, metal fabrication, electromechanical assembly, and CNC work.
• Prototype custom parts for modular systems with a focus on strength and efficiency.
• Read, interpret, and write engineering drawings; provide feedback on manufacturability improvements.
• Use construction and mechanical hand / power tools and measurement tools.
• Design and build tools, jigs, and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain shop safety and efficiency, including layout, equipment, and tools.
• Help build Grounded’s safety culture, processes, and high-quality standards.
