Role and Responsibilities :
Accurate Estimations : Develop precise and detailed cost estimates for electrical labor, materials, and services by analyzing blueprints, technical documents, and RFIs.
Project Management : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimations align with project goals and timelines.
Continuous Improvement : Leverage your expertise to refine estimating processes, tools, and software for higher efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present comprehensive estimations and bid packages, ensuring all financial and project data is meticulously documented.
Who We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably within the technology or home services industry
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and the construction process
- Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite
- Outstanding analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
