As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture issues. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities :

• Drive the Long Range Plan for YouTube by shaping the narrative of the business, identifying key risks and opportunities and preparing compelling executive level presentations.
• Conduct ad hoc business analysis to address executive level questions, developing a comprehensive understanding of YouTube's businesses, and identify key drivers of change affecting financial performance and long-term trajectory.
• Contribute to the creation of executive level deliverables, including Quarterly Business Reviews, BOD materials, and other BFO / CEO level decks.
• Build productive relationships with peers and management across YouTube finance to stay informed about changes to financial performance and its long-term implications.
