Key Responsibilities
Provide governance and technical guidance to scrum teams for ServiceNow implementations
Collaborate with leaders to develop governance documents and frameworks for ServiceNow systems engineering
Mentor developers on system design techniques and evaluate best practices for ServiceNow integration
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow product suite, including ITSM, CSM, and SecOps
Proficiency in systems thinking and business process management
Experience in creating technical designs and architecture documentation
Ability to assess solutions for leveraging existing ServiceNow products or custom development
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and methodologies
