Your Role & Impact As our Concord-based HR Generalist, you will be a key partner to the HR Director and the face of HR for multiple locations.You'll be the go-to expert for everything from employee relations and recruitment to benefits and development, making a tangible impact on our business and our people.While your home base is the Concord office, you'll travel as needed to provide direct, on-the-ground support to our valued employees and managers at our other sites.How You'll Make a Difference Champion Our Talent :

5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with experience supporting employees across multiple sites.HR Expertise :
A strong understanding of core HR functions and a solid working knowledge of California and Nevada employment law (FMLA, EEO, FLSA, etc.).A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus.Tech-Savvy :
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.Exceptional Communicator :
You can build trust and rapport at all levels and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.Master Organizer :
You excel at juggling multiple priorities and have a keen eye for detail.Ready to Travel :
