Our Home Care Aides :
- Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
- Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
- Participate and complete trainings and certification program.
What you need to succeed! :
- Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and / or chronic health conditions
- Able to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required
- Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred, not required
- Must be at least years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Caregiver/CNA/HCA - No certification, ask about our HCA Training Program
