A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for a full-time, remote position on the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
Communicate with clinical staff and specialists to facilitate timely and efficient patient consults
Provide Tier 1 technical support and coordinate with Tier 2 IT support as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools across various operating systems
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
