We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound I for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description :

• Answerphone and generate helpdesk tickets, check our email ticket system to assign to correct unit.
• Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets using HEAT system.
• Assign tickets to the correct unit.
• Training in the use of the HEAT system will be provided.
