- RN Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Ortho Location : Bradenton, FL Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent – Days / Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation : Base Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 / hour (based on years of experience) Differentials : +$4.75 / hour nights | +$3.00 / hour weekends | +$2.00 / hour with national certification Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Paid 2% on first / second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 with HR approval Position Overview : We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Med Surg / Ortho RN to join a fast-paced, 46-bed unit with a 6 : 1 ratio.
