This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly experienced team handling complex employee benefits litigation including high-impact matters involving fiduciary duties pension and retirement plans and health and welfare benefits. The role offers significant responsibility client engagement and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction in good standing
• 26 years of substantive litigation experience
• ERISA litigation experience is preferred
• Strong research writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
• Soft skills : Excellent communication judgment and interpersonal skills along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service
