Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Leadership : Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Scope, Budget, & Estimating : Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee cost estimates, procurement, and project scheduling.
• Team Development : Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and excellence.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations.
• Project Documentation : Ensure all project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Quality & Safety : Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Competitive Salary : $130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
