Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Business Development - Partner Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to drive growth in key technologies and develop partner go-to-market strategies

Engage with partners to integrate CRM and AI technologies into their business strategies

Develop business plans with partners to create joint CRM and AI pipelines focused on measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in partner business development or enterprise software business development

Proven success in driving partner-led business development and pipeline creation

Deep understanding of the CRM and AI market

Experience with complex global partner ecosystems

Strong ability to influence partners' business strategies
